(the) New Kid In School.

I didn't tell you yet did I? There is a new girl in school. I don't know that much about her besides the little we learned about her in creative writing class. Even though we are in different grades my school has all of the electives by skill level not grade. So I'm advanced in writing so I take some writing classes with the upper class men.

Well every time we get a new student we have to write a essay about the topic the teacher gives us. This time it was family. I quickly wrote down a page long paper on my moms and what little I knew about my birth parents.

But here's the kicker we had to go up in front of the class and read the paper, as much as we wanted. I went first, I read up until the part where I started talking about my birth parents. A few of the upper class men laughed softly as I spoke with pride about my same sex parents. I should be used to it by now but I guess I'm not.

A few more students went up and read to us about their families until it was Lux's turn. She stood in front of the class with her paper held down by her chest. She had on leggings and ballet flats, she had on a purple knit hat. I kinda like her tee shirt, it had a funky graphic on it.

She started talking and I swore I was only one this focused. She just looked so calm like she had done this a million times. I remembered my first time doing this, I was scared out of my boots. Not her, she seemed calmed and relaxed, like this was second nature to her.

She spoke of many things, of things most kids our age keep buried deep inside of our closets. Secrets and truths that most people don't even tell their diaries let alone a whole class of 30 kids.

Lux pulled the paper down and sat it on the teachers desk and traveled back to her seat.

I'm sure what it is about her but I know I want to learn more about her trouble past and how in the world did she get so brave...I could learn a thing or two from her.

Summer in April? Also Im a bad mom!

Yes you read that right.

I swear last night it felt like Summer in April here in Philly. It was so hot I had to turn my AC on! That's crazy, in April! Normally no matter the weather, even if its hot out I sleep with a thin sheet on. Nope, not last night.

Oh, I know his is a bit off topic but I found my 3DS! I thought I lost it. It was burried in the bottom of my closet inside of my hoodie pocket. Dont even ask how it got there, Im not even sure how. I swear it has a life of its own.

It turns out Im a terrible mother! :( Well Im a terrible puppy mother. My puppies were all dirty, hungry and chubby. Let me explain. Im a huge Nintendo fan and dog lover so I love Nintendogs. I brought the newest Nintendogs, Nintendogs + Cats in 3D. Let me just say that the puppies are cute so are the kittens but the kittens hate the dogs and they just sit in the house. Whereas the dogs you get to take on walks and enter in fun mini games where you can earn money to buy treats, house upgrades and furniture. And on top of them doing nothing they are so stanking expensive. Ill get more into Nintendogs some other blog entry. I like to keeep my blogs nice and short.

7 things about me!

Hey Bloggie readers, I have been tagged!!!! In the Versatile Blogger, blog thingy (unsure what to call it.) by http://thegreengirlswrite.blogspot.com/. I have to post 7 random facts about about me. Well, here we go!!


1.) Im a huge Anime fan and get a little upset when I get into 'fights' with Anais when she compares Japanese and Korean Animes to American cartoons. They are completly different in WAY more ways than one.

2.) I use kitty emoticons in text messages. My favorite one is =^.^=, Its a smiling cat. Cats are just cute, so stinking cute!


3.) I know a little Japanese and a little Spanish. My moms are teaching me. I suck now, but in a few years when Im in 12th grade I hope I can speak it a little better. Im trying to learn the characters for my name. Its not going so well. But I hope and the will to get better.

4.) I love to read..manga. Mangas are comicbook styled Japanese graphic novels. Most are a little too grown up for me but some like Clannad arent. They arent in color, well most of them arent. You read them 'backwards'. Thanks to mw reading manga for all these years I read everything, including American magazines back cover first.

5.) My most favorite colors are blue and green. Not traditional girl colors, but awesome colors anyways. Not to meantion Fionna wears those colors. To me blue and green seem to be cool and calm colors, so relaxing.

6.) Im a HUGE, MASSIVE fan of the animated cartoon show Adventure Time!!! My most favorite character off of the show is Fionna the Human. She's from the episode Fionna and Cake. That episode is a new favorite of mine, but I hate absolutly hate the ending. I dont want to spoil the episode but Fionna is one kick-butt action packed girl like me. We could be twins, well not really but then again twins dont have to look the same.

7.) This is my biggest random fact, Im still kinda afraid of the dark. I know it makes no sense, a highschooler being afraid of the dark. But I cant help it. I have to sleep with my window curtains open to let the moon light fill my bedroom with light. My glow and the dark stars kinda help. I not ashamed of this, everyone has fears. So why be ashamed of them? All of my friends know and sometimes we joke about it. But the jokes dont bother me. They are just jokes.

Where have I been?

You may have wondered, 'Hey, where have Ushi been? I missed her strange little self'. Well thanks for worrying. Im back now, so worry no more.

First lets get the boring stuff out of the way, I didnt go the new york. I know, sad face. I really wanted to go but 'something' came up. Im not sure what something is, Im just telling you want mom told me.

Now thats that is over with I can give you all loads of cyber hugs for still sticking around with me, I think I even got a new follower and you all commented on my last blog.

And since we are already going to be there let's hope we can go to The American Girl Place and to Nintendo World.

I'm a huge lover of things AG and Nintendo. I mean what type of geek would I be if I didn't like Nintendo. And I love dolls. I have Kit and Rebecca so far.

I had one, an 'I 'Heart' boobies' for breast cancer awearness but I lost it over Charlie's house. I bet that Axel took it but no worries. I can get more.

I have my eyes glued on a Nyan Cat pin. I love Nyan Cat, I mean who wouldnt like a cute poptart cat pooing out rainbows in space singing a Hatsune Miku song?

Oh yeah I saw these binary code ones that said 'Love'. Another really geeky one is the super hero ones and QR codes.

I'm getting a new puppy!

I'm still not sure what breed to get.

I like labs but my moms like Westies and mixed breeds.
