Highschool- Rated T For Teens

It appears the 'thing' in highschool is having a boyfriend.

And by boyfriends I dont mean friends that just happen to be dudes. I mean boyfriend boyfriends, as in guys that they kiss.

Bleh, I could never ever kiss a guy. Let alone kiss a guy at school, in front of everyone. O.o.

These girls are bold, and apparently no one ever told me that high school was rated T for Teen.

Like today I was a running a little late for history. I was a bit bummed because its my most favorite subject, ever. So when I got to my locker two upper classmen were all over it sucking face! Ewwww ewww and double ewwww.

So had to use my super long pencil to poke them off my locker. After about 5 minutes of poking they finally came up for air, she mumbled something and they both left.

Whatever, my locker is gross and smells of Axe bodyspray and annoying foral perfume.

Yuck, tommorrow im going back there with a sign declaration my locker a 'Suck-face free zone'

And oh yeah, I avoided my locker for the rest of day.

See ya tommorrow after school.

Thinking of Thanksgiving and all the yummy dishes Im thankful for.

Tommorow all my friends and thier familes will come over to our place for dinner.

After all it is our year to host the dinner. Every year for as long as I can remember one of our familes host Thanksgiving dinner at their house.

Last year we had dinner at The Bhandari's house. Boy, Mrs B sure can cook. We had traditional turkey and some of the side dishes were food from India where Zinnia's parents are from. My favorite of the dishes was Chooze Aur Chauli Ka Milap (thanks for the spelling help Zinny), it was really good. It was chicken and beens but it had really spicy spices (I love spice) and I love chicken. They also had this yummy dessert called Kheer, its a type of rice pudding.

Year before last we went to The Valentine's household. Anais' mom is french and her dad is cuban. So had a bit of both cultures. From france we had Civet de Cerf, its deer meat also known as Venison. It was really good and tastes way better than beef. A cuban dish we had was Boniatillo which is a Sweet Potato Pudding. It was so good, I beg m.o.m. to make it all the time.

This year its our turn and I know we will have great food. My mom is japanese and my other mom is cuban. So the food will be amazing. What are we cooking? Its a surprise. Tune in tommorow to find out.

Turkey day is tommorow!
Gobble Gobble Buddies.

Questions I really need answers to.

Adoption

Im sure its no surprise that I was adopted. I dont look like either of my parents.

Even though I dont look exactly like them I do carry some of thier looks. My mom Sofia is cuban and has tanned skin like mines and I have almond shaped eyes like my asian mom, Harumi.

Im not too sure about what my birth parents looks like. All I do know is that they had me at a super young age and thought that another family could take care of me better. You know like Caitlyn from teen mom, carly lives with a family that takes good care of her and even though they miss her they knew that is was best for her to live with another family. Carly's parents was,in high school, much like mines when her mom got pregnant with her and even though it was hard and they carried alot they knew that carly would make that family very happy.

Maybe my mom that I would make a family very happy.

And they were right.

But I sometimes wonder, Who are they? Do they miss me? Do they have other kids? What do they look like? Is there a way I can talk to them? Maybe even see them?

All I have now is questions, one day Ill have answers.

The love between a girl and QR codes.

Hai =^.^=

Today Im feeling happy as geek in a comic con. Its true because Ill be a happy little geek if I could to one. But m.o.m. (my other mom, Sofia Valentine) says 'Your way too young'.

Too keep me from bothering m.o.m. my mom (Harumi Okazaki) got me my very own subscription to Game Informer magazine!

Game Informer is a game magazine that reviews games, gives sneak peeks to new games and gives its readers the inside scoop on video games and movies and such.

I mean its just awesome! Its even has my name on it. Normally mail comes her with my moms name on it but I now have a magazine that comes here for me GI (game informer)!

I think I spent a hour looking at it. Because I read to much manga, I tend to read everything back cover first.

Anyways when I finally got to the front of the magazine and seen a QR code! I freaking love QR codes! QR codes are freaky looking square like codes that send you to a website or webpage when you scan it with a barcode app on your smartphone.

So when I seen it I jumped right off the bed and ran to my book bag to find my smartphone (it was all the way in the bottom of my bag under my Miku manga). I yelled loudly and went though my phone's app drawer and couldnt find it.

Darn, that means someone, (Zinnia) deleted it. She says I spend to much time inside the house with my phone.

So here I am now waiting for my phone to download the app so I can see where the QR code sends me.

See ya later.

How my blog got its name.

Hey, Ushio here.

Im not too sure why I said that. As if someone else would be here instead of me. This is Ushi's Story after all.

Speaking of my blog name, I should explain it.

Most teens my age dont know about truely retro gaming. I do, because Im not like most teens my age. My mom (Harumi) is really into gaming and we play of the games that she enjoyed playing as a child.

Anywho, one of my favorite systems to play with my mom is the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System), it came out in the 80's one of my favorite decades. Our most favorite game to play is Super Mario Brothers. As we grew I fell in love with nintendo and learned more about the systems and characters and instantly fell in love with Yoshi.

Yoshi had a game called Yoshi's Story and I love it. I play it from time to time and decided that Yoshi and Ushi sound similar.

You get it? :)

Just like the game told us Yoshi's story this blog will tell you Ushi's story.

Geekery, its a word I think.

Hey, I have spent all day drooling over these awesauce buttons on etsy!

I know most kids my age shop at, uhhh wherever kids my age shop, I shop at etsy and second-hand shops. I have a kinda home grown sense of style.

Anyhow I was just surfing the web and I found these mathematical mini buttons for one of my favorite tv shows. What time is it? Its ADVENTURE TIME!!!

I know, right. The seller even had Fiona and Cake from the fanfiction the Ice King wrote (that episode was awesome by the way).

Tbe same seller also had buttons from Scott Pilgrim vs The World. Its a whole bunch of jokes from the movie like the 'pee' bar and the funniest joke 'Im in lesbians with you'. Scott said that one by mistake, Ramona makes him all silly and tongue tied.

Whoa, that was a huge Geekery overload. Gotta rest up for American Dad tonight.

See ya tomorrow same time same place.

Well maybe not the same time but for sure the same place.
